Get ready for the Kāpiti Food Fair, a renowned annual celebration of food and drink on the Kāpiti Coast! This year's event promises to be bigger and better than ever, with only 50 vendor sites remaining. As a vendor, you'll enjoy exposure to thousands of visitors, including foodies, families, and tourists, as well as networking opportunities with industry professionals and potential customers. Marketing and promotion will also be done through social media, print advertising, and local media coverage, providing a diverse audience with good brand recall, and enhancing your customer base.

Co-owner Helene Judge says, "We're thrilled with the response from vendors so far, but we encourage all interested parties to register soon as spaces are limited. The Fair is a fantastic platform for showcasing unique offerings and contributing to Kāpiti's vibrant food culture." To join the Fair, register online through the Kāpiti Food Fair website. Bookings will be curated to ensure a variety of vendors, with 60% offering packaged goods and 40% serving ready-to-eat treats.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 30th, 2024, at Mazengarb Reserve in Paraparaumu. The event runs from 10:00am to 5:00pm outdoors, rain or shine. The Kāpiti Food Fair is a premier destination for foodies, attracting over 10,000 visitors each year. With over 220 vendors, including a liquor zone, live music performances, cooking demonstrations, and kid-friendly activities, there's something for everyone.

The event features a diverse range of food and beverage stalls showcasing local specialties and international cuisine. Entertainment options include music performances, circus performances, and interactive activities for all ages. A focus on New Zealand's local produce and artisan goods means you'll have the opportunity to sample the best of what Aotearoa has to offer. The event also provides a family-friendly atmosphere with activities for all ages, community engagement opportunities, and support for local businesses. Additionally, the Fair is committed to sustainable practices to reduce waste and promote eco-friendliness.
