Dave Johnson joined Pearl Technology in 2012 and serves as Managing Partner, leading the overall direction and growth of the organization. He is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s business strategy, overseeing daily operations, and providing guidance and leadership to the entire team. Additionally, Dave manages financial performance, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning to ensure sustainable growth.
Based at Pearl Technology’s headquarters in Peoria Heights, Illinois, Dave is a member of InfraGard, a collaboration between the FBI and the private sector dedicated to protecting U.S. critical infrastructure. He is deeply committed to community engagement and STEM education, co-founding the Pearl Technology/Richwoods Township STEM Academy and actively participating in all of its programs. Dave also serves on the ARISS (Amateur Radio on the International Space Station) U.S. Education Committee and is a certified BBQ Pitmaster, contributing his skills to charity events.
